We read everything and try to reply within a couple of days. A few things that are especially helpful to include:

• If a photo wouldn't convert, what kind of file it was (the file's name and extension is enough — please don't send us the photo itself).
• What device and browser you were using.
• What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.

A note on your photos

Please don't email us your actual photos for conversion. The tool runs in your browser specifically so your images stay private — emailing them would defeat that. If something isn't working, just describe the problem and we'll help you sort it out.
